具紫色标记性状光温敏水稻核不育系紫红10 S的育性特征及应用研究

摘　　要：为了更好地利用具有紫色标记性状光温敏水稻核不育系紫红10 S,对其育性特征及制种进行研究。结果表明,该不育系育性稳定,转换起点温度低,符合水稻两系不育系的标准要求;其生育特征易于异交结实,制种易实现高产。通过大田繁种和制种实践表明,紫红10 S易于繁殖且具有较优的配合力。In this paper,the fertility characteristics of photoperiod and Temperature-sensitive Rice Male Sterile Line Zihong 10 S were studied.The results showed that the male sterile line had stable fertility and low temperature at the starting point of transition,which met the standard requirements of rice two-line male sterile line.Its growth characteristics were easy to fruiting by outcross,and seed production was easy to achieve high yield.The practice of field propagation and seed production showed that Zihong 10 S was easy to propagate and had better combining ability.
