摘 要:目的:采用Meta分析评价动态增强MRI定量参数对乳腺癌的诊断效能。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、Web of science、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方、维普、CBM数据库检索自建库至2021年5月以来定量动态磁共振诊断乳腺癌的相关文献,对诊断的灵敏度、特异度进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入国内外文献19篇,乳腺癌总病灶数843例,良性病灶589例,Meta分析得出定量参数K^(trans)、K_(ep)及V_(e)的灵敏度分别为87.0%、82.0%、63.0%,特异度分别为82.0%、81.0%、71.0%,曲线下面积分别为91.0%、87.0%、71.0%。结论:动态增强MRI定量参数K^(trans)、K_(ep)对乳腺癌具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,V_(e)的灵敏度和特异度低。Objective To use Meta analysis to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of Dynamic enhanced MRI quantitative parameters for breast cancer.Methods Search PubMed,Embase,Web of science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,and CBM databases to search the relevant literature on quantitative dynamic magnetic resonance diagnosis of breast cancer since the establishment of the database until May 2021.Meta analysis of the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis.Results A total of 19 domestic and foreign literatures were included.The total number of breast cancer lesions was 843 cases,and 589 cases were benign lesions.Meta-analysis showed that the sensitivities of quantitative parameters K^(trans),K_(ep) and V_(e) were 87.0%,82.0%,and 63.0%,respectively.They are 82.0%,81.0%,71.0%,and the area under the curve is 91.0%,87.0%,and 71.0%,respectively.Conclusion Dynamically enhanced MRI quantitative parameters K^(trans) and K_(ep) have high sensitivity and specificity for breast cancer,while V_(e) has low sensitivity and specificity.
