摘　　要：在人类发展史上,各种重大传染病疫情层出不穷,考验着人类社会的防范能力和合作机制。重大传染病疫情对人类社会造成了两方面的影响,一方面危害人类健康并阻碍人类社会正常发展;另一方面也促使人类反思自身活动和行为,推动人类社会加强合作以应对危机。在防范和抗击各种传染病疫情的过程中,人类社会必须团结一致,形成命运共同体,共同防范和抵御各种传染病疫情。中国提出构建人类命运共同体理念,是以中国和世界各国民众的根本利益为出发点和立足点,把不同国家、不同民族、不同社会的民众紧密联系在一起,为应对包括重大传染病疫情在内的各类全球性问题提供了建设性方案,为谋求全人类的福祉找到新的着力点,为推动人类社会的进步提供了强大动力。In the history of mankind, various infectious diseases outbreak from time to time, testing the ability of prevention and cooperation of human societies. Major infectious diseases has two impacts on human society. It is harmful to human health and social economic and social development, and on the other hand also prompts human beings to reflect on their own activities and promote their reinforced cooperation to cope with the crises. In preventing and controlling the diseases, human societies must unite to build a community with a shared future to prevent and control all kinds of infectious diseases. China’s proposal the idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind is to closely unite different countries, nations and societies on the basis of the fundamental interests of people of China and other countries, which provides a constructive solution to various global problems, including major infectious diseases, a new focus for the well-being of mankind and a powerful impetus for promoting the progress of human society.
