摘　　要：以美国为首的西方世界中国“他者”形象的塑造,是随着自身的需要而不断变化的。随着中国的崛起,以美国为首的西方世界在采用“和平演变”方式把中国变为“我者”的企图失败后,为了遏止中国的崛起与发展,把中国变为“他者”,采用贸易战的方式进行打压。受挫后,竟罔顾事实,指使郑国恩(Adrian Zenz)之类的所谓“学者”,杜撰所谓中国新疆存在民族灭绝、强迫劳动等侵犯“人权”问题,其实质就是借打新疆牌,抹黑中国的国际形象,并最终达到遏制中国崛起的目的。The shaping of the "other" image of China in the western world led by the United States is constantly changing with its own needs. With the rise of China, the western world led by the United States turned China into the "other" in order to curb China’s rise and development and suppressed China by means of trade war, after their failure of attempting to turn China into "us" by means of "peaceful evolution". After setbacks, they ignored the facts and ordered so-called "scholars" such as Adrian Zenz to fabricate the so-called "human rights" violations such as ethnic extinction and forced labor in Xinjiang. The essence is tarnish the international image of China by playing the Xinjiang card and in effect to achieve the purpose of curbing China’s rise.
