中国健康老年人闭眼单脚站立时长的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的对中国60岁以上健康老年人闭眼单脚站立的时长进行Meta分析。方法搜集中国60岁以上老年人闭眼单脚站立相关文献,检索年限为2000年1月至2020年12月。采用回归分析探索异质性的来源,敏感性分析探索合并结果的稳定性。结果共纳入15篇文献(32997位老年人),随机效应模型显示老年人闭眼单脚站立时长为8.117 s[95%CI(7.433,8.801)],男、女性闭眼单脚站立测试(SCST)时长分别为9.028、7.385 s,60~64岁、65~69岁、70~74岁、75~79岁年龄组的SCST时长分别为8.587、7.276、8.423、5.803 s;回归显示异质性可能与年龄、人群、性别、样本量有关(P<0.01)。结论得出的中国健康老人不同年龄、性别、地区的闭眼单脚站立时长的估计值,可为评估老年人的平衡水平提供一定的参考。Objective To conduct a meta-analysis on the test time of standing on one foot with eyes closed in Chinese healthy elderly over 60 years old.Methods The literature related to standing on one foot with eyes closed in elderly over 60 years old in China was retrieved over a period of January 2000 to December 2020.Regression analysis and sensitivity analysis were used to explore the source of heterogeneity and the stability of combined results,respectively.Results A total of 15 studies(32997 elderly persons)were included in this analysis.The random effect model showed that the duration of standing on one foot with eyes closed was 8.117 s in the elderly(95%CI(7.433,8.801)).Furthermore,the duration of standing on one foot with eyes closed was 9.028 s in males,7.385 s in females,8.587 s in 60-64 age group,7.276 s in 65-69 age group,8.423 s in 70-74 age group,and 5.803 s in 75-79 age group.Regression analysis showed that the heterogeneity was related to age,population,gender and sample size(P<0.01).Conclusion This study estimated the duration of standing on one foot with eyes closed for healthy Chinese elderly people of different ages,genders and regions,and provided a reference for evaluating the balance level of the elderly.
