摘　　要：右美托咪定是一种α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有心脏保护作用,其相关分子机制仍在研究中。越来越多的证据表明右美托咪定在减少术后并发症、改善患者预后等方面具有重要的临床应用价值。本文结合目前已有研究总结右美托咪定的心脏保护机制,并综述右美托咪定在心血管手术围手术期的相关应用。Dexmedetomidine is anα2 adrenoceptor agonist and has cardioprotective effect,the mechanism of which is being studied.Increasing studies have proved the clinical value of dexmedetomidine in reducing postoperative complications and improving the prognosis of patients.Therefore,this review summarizes the cardiac protection mechanism of dexmedetomidine based on the existing studies and expounds the application of dexmedetomidine in the perioperative period of cardiovascular surgery.
