误诊为急腹症的急性肾动脉血栓形成一例

摘　　要：肾动脉血栓形成可导致单侧或双侧肾动脉急性闭塞,诊治不及时可引起肾功能衰竭。因此,快速、正确的处理对于肾动脉血栓形成尤为重要。然而肾动脉血栓形成的临床表现缺乏特异性,患者易被漏诊或误诊,临床早期诊断率低。现报告急性肾动脉血栓形成1例,以提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。Renal artery thrombosis can cause acute occlusion of unilateral or bilateral renal arteries,and kidney failure would be induced if it is not diagnosed and treated in time.Therefore,rapid and correct treatment is especially important for renal artery thrombosis.Due to the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations,this disease in commonly misdiagnosed or missed and thus has a low early diagnosis rate.Here we report a case of acute renal artery thrombosis to improve the diagnosis and treatment.
