摘 要:为探索活性焦在工业应用中的使用性能和使用寿命,以130 t/h燃气锅炉烟气SO2治理为例,构建1套活性焦脱硫工艺系统,主要包括GGH换热系统、调质系统、脱硫塔、水洗再生系统及膜过滤系统。试验结果表明,活性焦床层越高,脱硫效率越高,床层阻力越大,床层高度为1.1 m,能够满足SO2稳定达标排放标准。用Excel软件得出床层阻力与空塔气速之间的线性回归方程为y=2931x-92.389(R2=0.9934)。烟气温度为50~140℃,活性焦床层脱硫效率为95%~99.5%,脱硫效率受温度影响不大。活性焦水洗再生周期适宜选取500 h,活性焦使用寿命极限为16000 h。服役16000 h活性焦与新鲜活性焦相比,各项性能指标差异较大。In order to explore the performance and service life of active coke in industrial applications,an active coke desulphurization process system is constructed with the treatment of 130 t/h gas fired boiler flue gas SO2 as an example.GGH heat transfer system,mass adjustment system,desulfurization tower,washing regeneration system and membrane filtration system are mainly included.The test results are showed that the higher the active coke bed layer,the higher the desulfurization efficiency and the bigger the bed resistance,and the height of the bed layer 1.1 m,which could meet the SO2 stable emission standards.The linear regression equation between bed resistance and empty tower gas velocity is obtained by Excel software:y=2931x-92.389(R2=0.9934).The desulfurization efficiency of the active coke bed layer is 95%~99.5%within the flue gas temperature range of 50~140℃,and the desulfurization efficiency is not affected by the temperature.The active coke washing cycle is suitable for selection of 500 h,and the active coke service life limit is 16000 h.Compared with fresh active coke,16000 h active coke in service has a large difference in performance indicators.
