摘  要:针对辽宁某垃圾发电现场空冷发电机组定子绕组交直流耐压交接试验中发现的直流泄漏电流大的问题,通过对厂家出厂试验报告及以往试验案例的对比分析,发现了定子绕组引出线支柱绝缘子对地闪络放电。由此得出结论,空冷发电机交直流耐压试验在发电机交接试验中具有特殊意义,应加强支柱绝缘子现场交接试验监管,为同类型空冷发电机现场绝缘交接试验结果的判断提供一定参考。According to the problem of large DC leakage current found in the AC and DC withstand voltage handover test of the stator winding of an air-cooled generator set at a garbage power generation site in Liaoning,through the comparison and analysis of the manufacturer's factory test report and previous test cases,it is found that the stator winding lead wire pillar insulator pair ground flashover discharge.From this,the special significance of AC and DC withstand voltage test of air-cooled generator in generator handover test is significant,and the conclusion of strengthening on-site handover test supervision of pillar insulators is necessary,which provides a reference for the judgment of the same type air-cooled generator on-site insulation handover test results.
