摘　　要：目的:研究中医辨证治疗对小儿发热咳喘患儿止咳效果及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)血清水平的影响。方法:将102例发热患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组采用小儿化痰止咳颗粒联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,观察组根据中医辨证结果给以中药治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿临床疗效总有效率和24、48 h总退热率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者发热、咳嗽消失时间、咳嗽评分、hs-CRP、血沉水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗小儿发热咳喘疗效较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on anticough and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels in pediatric febrile asthma.Methods:One hundred and two febrile pediatric patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 51 cases each.The control group was treated with pediatric phlegm and cough suppressant granules combined with pediatric black bean curd and fever-clearing granules while the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The rates of total clinical efficacy and total fever remission at 24 and 48 h were higher while the fever and cough disappearance time,cough score,hs-CRP and blood sedimentation levels were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of TCM evidence-based treatment of fever and cough in pediatric patients is better and has high clinical application value.
