摘 要:灰渣处理是燃煤电厂运行的重要环节,随着燃煤电厂规模的不断扩大,以及不断提升的环保和节能要求,灰渣处理也发生了变革,传统的水力除灰排渣逐渐被工作效率更高、自动化程度更高、更环保、更节能的风冷式干渣机排渣系统和湿式刮板捞渣机排渣系统所取代,使环境污染也得到了更好地解决。The rapid development of electric power industry has laid a solid foundation for China's eco-nomic construction.Ash and slag treatment is an important part of the operation of coal-fired power plants.With the continuous expansion of the scale of coal-fired power plants and the progress of sci-ence and technology,as well as the continuous improvement of environmental protection and energy saving requirements,ash and slag removal system has also undergone changes,and the traditional hydraulic ash and slag removal system has gradually been replaced by more environmentally friendly and energy saving systems.At present,the slag removal methods of coal-fired power plants are main-ly wet scraper dredge slag removal system and air cooling slag dryer slag removal system.With the support of modern technology,the ash and slag removal system has a higher work efficiency and auto-mation degree.Through further comprehensive utilization of ash and slag,the environmental pollution problem of coal-fired power plants is also improved.
