借鉴国际案例探讨绿色交通理念下的生态城市实践策略

摘　　要：绿色交通作为城市交通的主要部分,在城市规划中起着重要作用。目前,许多欧美等发达国家城市已经进行了生态城市绿色交通规划实践,并且发展成熟;而我国的绿色交通规划发展不够成熟,存在土地利用不协调、绿色交通模式不完善等问题,急需研究绿色交通的实践策略。基于此,本文从交通与土地利用一体化开发模式、公共交通系统和慢行交通系统三个方面,总结了国际典型城市绿色交通发展经验,分析了国外成功的生态城市实践案例,总结了绿色交通理念下的生态城市实践策略。As the main part of urban traffic, green transportation plays an important role in urban planning.At present, many cities in Europe, America and other developed countries have carried out green transportation planning practice of ecological cities and have developed well. However, the development of green transportation planning in China is not mature enough, and there are some problems, such as uncoordinated land use and imperfect green transportation mode, still need to be solved. Therefore,it is urgent to study the practical strategies of green transportation. Based on these problems and requirements,this paper summarizes the development experience of green transportation in typical international cities from three aspects: integrated development mode of transportation and land use, public transportation system, and slow traffic system. The successful practice cases of ecological cities abroad are analyzed, and the practical strategies of ecological cities under the concept of green transportation are also summarized.
