摘  要:岩棉板是一种十分典型的无机不燃材料,当前在建筑外墙保温系统内有着广泛应用,但岩棉板自身密度较大、局部变形概率较高,限制了其在高层建筑中的应用。本文在阐述岩棉板性能的基础上,结合具体工程案例,深入地探究了托架式岩棉板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统应用于高层建筑时遇到的抗风压、抗剪切等实际问题,并且以理论计算为基础,全面分析了现场抹灰施工中常见的技术难点,提出了相应的处理意见和处理方法,同时基于实体检测检验与工程验收过程,确保外墙保温施工质量符合设计要求,希望能够对后期相同或相似的工程施工起到一定的参考作用。As a typical inorganic non-combustible material,rock wool board is widely used in building exterior wall insulation system. However, the high density and local deformation probability of rock wool board limit its application in high-rise buildings. On the basis of expounding the performance of rock wool board and combining with specific engineering cases, this paper deeply studies the practical problems, such as wind pressure resistance and shear resistance, which might be encountered when the insulation system of external wall with bracket type rock wool board and thin plastering is applied to high-rise buildings. Based on theoretical calculation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the common technical difficulties in site plastering construction, and puts forward the treatment opinions and methods. At the same time, based on the entity detection test and engineering acceptance process, the design requirement of construction quality of external wall insulation could be satisfied, which would help play a role of reference for the later construction of the same or similar projects.
