摘 要:以自繁东方百合‘sorban’为母球材料开展鳞片扦插试验,研究鳞片状态、冷藏时间和激素处理对百合繁殖系数和小鳞茎诱导质量的影响,结果显示茎围>18 cm的母球,经过2℃处理3~5个月后剥取带有基盘纤维的鳞片,小鳞茎均重>0.6 g,繁殖系数>1.3;ABT和NAA配合使用,在提高百合鳞片扦插繁殖系数方面存在极显著的回归关系,优化后最佳诱导配方为ABT 100 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 40 mg·L^(-1),繁殖系数可达2.0。In this study,mother bulbs of self-propagated oriental lily‘Sorban’were used as materials to conduct scale cutting experiment.Effects of scale state,refrigerating time and hormone treatment on propagation coefficient and induction quality of bulblets were studied.The results showed that when mother bulbs with diameter of over 18 cm were treated at 2℃ for 3-5 months,scale with basal discs were collected,average weight of bulblets reached more than 0.6 g and propagation coefficient was over 1.3.When ABT and NAA were used together,there was very significantly regression relationship in improving propagation.The optimized induction formula was 100 mg·L^(-1) ABT and 40 mg·L^(-1) NAA and propagation coefficient was 2.0.
