摘　　要：目的:分析深圳市取消药品及中药饮片加成政策对公立中医院运营的影响,并提出对策建议。方法:通过调研,收集深圳市某三甲中医院取消药品及中药饮片加成前后的运营数据,采用结构变动度分析法进行对比分析。结果:取消药品及中药饮片加成后,中医院收入结构更加合理,患者用药负担减轻;但同时也存在医疗费用继续上涨、医院经营压力增大等问题。结论:完善中医药卫生政策,探索中医药领域的支付方式改革,稳定药学人员队伍,强化医院精益化管理,确保取消药品及中药饮片加成后中医院的平稳运行。Objective To analyze the impact of the cancellation of the markup price policy of drugs and traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)decoction pieces in Shenzhen on the operation of public TCM hospitals,and to put forward suggestions.Methods This study collected the operation data before and after the cancellation of the markup price policy of drugs and traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)decoction pieces in a gradeA tertiary TCM hospital in Shenzhen.Then the structural variation analysis method was used for comparative analysis.Results After the cancellation of drug markup price policy,the income structure of this TCM hospital was more reasonable,and the burden of patients’medication was reduced.However,this cancellation brought an increase in medical costs,as well as operational pressure for hospitals.Conclusion In order to ensure the operation of TCM hospitals after cancellation of drug markup price,it is suggested to improve the health policy of TCM,explore the reform of payment in the field of TCM,stabilize the pharmacy workforce team,and strengthen the refined management of the hospitals.
