摘  要:随着新型火箭的发展,为提高某些运载火箭飞行状态下的气动性能,将整流罩的形状由直线形改为冯·卡门曲线形式。冯·卡门曲线"凸"字形对接桁位于整流罩某一装置中,其在生产中出现弧度和底面平面度超差现象。为解决该问题,对零件拉弯成形过程进行试验研究,通过对比分析拉弯力、包角角度和补拉量3个工艺参数对零件弧度和底面平面度精度的影响,获得了工艺参数最优取值范围,分别为:拉弯力为95 kN、包角角度为左侧18°/右侧19.5°、补拉量为140 mm。采用此工艺参数成形后的零件,其精度为:弧度<1.2 mm、底面平面度<1 mm,满足设计要求。该零件的成形方法及工艺参数可为冯·卡门曲线型材零件提供生产经验。With the development of new type rockets, in order to improve the aerodynamic performance of certain launch vehicles in flight, the shape of fairing is changed from a straight line to a Von Karman curve. However, the “convex” shaped butt truss with Von Karman curve is located in a certain device of fairing, and the curvature and bottom flatness are out of tolerance during the production. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, an experimental study was carried out on the stretch-bending process of parts, and through comparing and analyzing the influences of the three process parameters, such as stretch-bending force, wrap angle and compensate stretching amount on the accuracy of curvature and bottom flatness for part, the optimal value ranges of process parameters were obtained as the stretch-bending force of 95 kN, the wrap angle for the left side of 18°and the right side of 19.5°,the compensate stretching amount of 140 mm, respectively. The results show that the precision of the formed part by these process parameters is that curvature<1.2 mm, bottom flatness<1 mm, and the design requirements are met. Thus, the forming method and process parameters of the part provide production experience for the profile part with Von Karman curve.
