维生素D联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对小儿过敏性紫癜患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析小儿过敏性紫癜患儿接受维生素D联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2015年12月至2020年12月我院收治的74例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿,遵循随机、平均原则将其分为研究①组和研究②组,每组37例。研究①组接受注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,研究②组接受维生素D联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗。比较两组的临床病情控制总有效率、治疗前、后的25(OH)D_(3)水平、CD_(3)^(+)、CD4^(+)、NK和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgE)水平。结果研究②组的临床病情控制总有效率为94.59%,明显高于研究①组的72.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的25(OH)D_(3)水平、CD_(3)^(+)、CD4^(+)、NK均明显高于治疗前,且研究②组高于研究①组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IgA、IgG、IgE水平均低于治疗前,且研究②组低于研究①组(P<0.05)。结论维生素D联合注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜患儿能够取得更佳的治疗效果,调节免疫球蛋白水平,改善免疫功能,更有利于控制病情。Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin D combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection on immune function in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura.Methods A total of 74 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2020 were selected and divided into study group①and study group②following the principle of random and average,with 37 cases in each group.The study group①received methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection treatment,and the study group②received vitamin D combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection treatment.The total effective rate of clinical disease control,25(OH)D_(3) level,CD_(3)^(+),CD4^(+),NK and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgE)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical disease control in the study group②was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 72.97%in the study group①(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of 25(OH)D_(3),CD_(3)^(+),CD4^(+)and NK in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group②were higher than the study group①(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgE in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group②were lower than the study group①(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection can achieve better therapeutic effect in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura,regulate immunoglobulin levels,improve immune function and control the disease.
