槐杞黄颗粒在儿童肾病综合征治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究槐杞黄颗粒在儿童肾病综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2020年9月本院接收的72例肾病综合征患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。两组患儿均接受常规糖皮质激素治疗,观察组加用槐杞黄颗粒治疗。比较两组的临床症状消失时间、临床疗效、免疫功能指标、肾功能指标、肾脏血流动力学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的水肿消退时间、代谢紊乱纠正时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疾病总缓解率为97.22%,明显高于对照组的80.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IgA、IgG和IgM水平高于治疗前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的BUN、Scr水平和24 h UP均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Vsmax、Vdmin高于对照组,PI、RI低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论在儿童肾病综合征治疗中加用槐杞黄颗粒安全有效,可促进患儿的临床症状消失,使免疫功能、肾功能、肾脏血流动力学得到有效改善。Objective To study the application effect of Huaiqihuang granule in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods A total of 72 children with nephrotic syndrome received in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups received routine glucocorticoid treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang granule.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,immune function indexes,renal function indexes,renal hemodynamic indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The regression time of edema and the correction time of metabolic disorder in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total remission rate of disease in the observation group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 80.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those before treatment and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUN,Scr levels and 24 h UP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Vsmax and Vdmin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PI and RI were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Huaiqihuang granule is safe and effective in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome,which can promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and effective improvement of immune function,renal function and renal hemodynamics.
