术中信息提供结合积极暗示对妇产科局麻手术患者心理应激反应及舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术中信息提供结合积极暗示对妇产科局麻手术患者心理应激反应及舒适度的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年1月我院收治的120例妇产科局麻手术患者为研究对象,按照护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予术中信息提供结合积极暗示干预。比较两组的心理应激反应指标、舒适度评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的HAMD、HAMA评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的心理领域、精神领域、社会和环境领域、生理领域评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.33%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科局麻手术患者给予术中信息提供结合积极暗示干预,不仅能改善患者的心理应激反应,而且能提高其舒适度及护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of intraoperative information provision combined with positive suggestion on the psychological stress response and comfort level of patients undergoing local anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing local anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intraoperative information provision combined with positive suggestion intervention on the basis of the control group.The indexes of psychological stress response,comfort score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological field,spiritual field,social and environmental field,physiological field in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intraoperative information provision combined with positive suggestion intervention for patients undergoing local anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology can not only improve patients'psychological stress response,but also improve their comfort and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
