个性化心理护理对晚期肺癌患者心理健康和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究个性化心理护理对晚期肺癌患者心理健康和生活质量的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2019年1月至2021年1月于本院进行治疗的66例晚期肺癌患者分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施个性化心理护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的BPOMS总分、PFS各项评分及总分、SPBS及PSQI评分均较干预前降低,EORTC QLQ-C30各项评分较干预前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将个性化心理护理应用于晚期肺癌患者中,有助于改善患者的心理健康状况、睡眠质量,减轻癌因性疲乏及自我感受负担,促进生活质量的提升。Objective To study the effects of personalized psychological nursing on mental health and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Sixty-six patients with advanced lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received individualized psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,BPOMS total score,PFS scores and total score,SPBS and PSQI scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,while EORTC QLQ-C30 scores were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer will help to improve mental health and sleep quality,reduce cancer-related fatigue and self-perceived burden,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
