摘  要:目的:探讨南宁、郑州两地汉族自然人群的脉图参数差异。方法:运用上海中医药大学自行研制的SMART脉象采集系统采集郑州317例和南宁180例受试者右手关部脉图。选取最佳脉图对参数进行分析。结果:郑州人群h1、h3、h5、h5/h1较南宁组升高,h3/h1、h4/h1明显降低,且郑州组人群Ad升高,As有上升趋势。时值参数分析郑州人群较南宁组w、w/t明显降低,t1、t4、t5及相应比值两组间无明显差异。结论:南宁和郑州两地汉族自然人群脉象特征存在差异,郑州人群脉象更为平滑有力,提示郑州人群左心室射血功能较好,大动脉顺应性高,外周阻力较低。不同地理环境和气候因素对人体血流动力学能够产生影响,了解不同地区自然人群的脉象特征对疾病诊断和防治具有指导意义。Objective:To explore the difference of pulse diagram parameters of the Han natural population living in Nanning city and Zhengzhou city.Methods:497 subjects(Nanning:180 cases;Zhengzhou:317 cases)were selected and included.The pulse information at the Guan position of Cunkou of all the subjects was collected by SMART type pulse diagnosis digital detector developed by Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine and was analyzed by statistical method.Results:Pulse parameters value of Zhengzhou population(h1,h3,h5,h5/h1,Ad)were significantly higher than those of Nanning population(P<0.05),while pulse parameters value of Zhengzhou population(h3/h1、h4/h1、w、w/t)were significantly lower than those of Nanning population,there were no statistically significant differences on t1、t4、t、t1/t、t4/t、t5/t between two groups.Conclusion:There are differences in pulse characteristics between Han natural population of Nanning and Zhengzhou city,the pulse of Zhengzhou population was smoother and more powerful,which suggests the left ventricular ejection function and the arterial compliance are better,the peripheral resistance is lower.Different geographical environment and climatic factors can influence the hemodynamics of human body,and finding the pulse characteristics of the natural population in different regions is of guiding significance for disease diagnosis and prevention.
