摘  要:目的:研究铁皮石斛的抗衰老作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:小鼠40只随机分为正常对照组、模型组、维生素E组和铁皮石斛组,每组10只。皮下注射D-半乳糖15 d后,维生素E组和铁皮石斛组分别灌胃Vit E、铁皮石斛;正常对照组、模型对照组灌胃等体积的生理盐水,8周后进行水迷宫试验、脏器指数测定、血清与肝组织T-SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力和MDA浓度的测定。结果:通过水迷宫实验发现,铁皮石斛组小鼠学习和记忆能力、空间搜索能力、空间辨别能力均较模型对照组明显增加(P<0.05);肝脏指数呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05),免疫器官胸腺与脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清和肝组织T-SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力显著提升(P<0.01),MDA浓度显著降低(P<0.01或者P<0.05)。结论:铁皮石斛可通过增强机体免疫功能、提高抗氧化能力等发挥其延缓衰老的作用。Objective:To study the anti-aging effect of Dendrobium candidum and explore its mechanism.Methods:40 healthy ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,vitamin E group and Dendrobium officinale group,with 10 in each group.15 days after subcutaneous injection of D-galactose,vitamin E group and Dendrobium candidum group were given Vit E and Dendrobium candidum every day;normal control group and model control groups were given the same volume saline from the first day of model building.After 8 weeks,water maze test,organ indexes,T-SOD,GSH-Px,CAT activity and MDA concentration in serum and liver homogenate were determined.Results:Through the water maze experiment,it was found that the learning and memory ability,spatial search ability and spatial discrimination ability of mice in the Dendrobium officinale group were significantly increased compared with the model control group(P<0.05);the liver index showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05),significantly increased immune organ thymus and spleen index(P<0.05 or P<0.01);significantly increased T-SOD,GSH-Px CAT activity in serum and liver homogenate(P<0.01),and significantly reduced MDA concentration(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Dendrobium officinale can play its anti-aging effect by enhancing the immune function of the body and improving the antioxidant capacity.
