地方高校卓越农林人才计划实施背景下的人才培养特点--以安徽省高校农业资源与环境专业的专业建设为例

摘　　要：以安徽省2所涉及农业资源与环境专业卓越农林人才教育培养计划试点项目承担院校的专业建设为例,在卓越农林人才计划实施背景下,探讨地方高校如何通过学校办学层次、办学类型、人才培养目标和服务面向定位,以及课程设置和课程体系等专业人才培养计划构成要素的运筹,不断强化基于强基固本,提高核心素养的人才培养方案、课程体系和专业建设,为形成具有校本特色的新农科建设新范式提供参考。The paper discussed how local universities to operate school running level and it’s type,talent training objectives and service orientation,and essential ingredients of talents training plan including curriculum setting,it’s system and so on,by taking specialty construction for talents major in agricultural resources and environment in two universities in Anhui Province.The first batch of“Outstanding Agriculture and Forestry Talents Project”for some traditional agricultural specialty implemented by the two universities have been carried out since 2014.Thus,local universities strengthened talent training plan,curriculum system and specialty construction based on strengthening and improving the most basis and important quality of the talents,in order to provide a reference for a new paradigm of new agricultural subject construction formation with school-based characteristics.
