玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠、氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对TGF-β、YKL-40水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠、氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对TGF-β、YKL-40水平的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2021年1月我院收治的86例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(43例,孟鲁司特钠+氯雷他定)与观察组(43例,玉屏风颗粒+孟鲁司特钠+氯雷他定)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Treg、Treg/Th17均升高,Th17均降低,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TGF-β水平均升高,YKL-40水平均降低,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的ICAM-1、TXB_(2)、白三烯水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠、氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的效果显著,可通过调节Treg/Th17保持免疫平衡,并改善TGF-β、YKL-40水平,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with montelukast sodium and loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influences on the levels of TGF-βand YKL-40.Methods A total of 86 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group(43 cases,montelukast sodium+loratadine)and observation group(43 cases,Yupingfeng granule+montelukast sodium+loratadine)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Treg and Treg/Th17 in both groups increased,while Th17 decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TGF-βin both groups increased,while the level of YKL-40 decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ICAM-1,TXB_(2) and leukotrienes in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with montelukast sodium and loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant effect,it can maintain immune balance by regulating Treg/Th17,and improve the levels of TGF-βand YKL-40,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
