共同体的历史形态与人类命运共同体的历史方位

摘　　要：历史唯物主义认为,共同体是处于一定生产力与生产关系中现实的人生存生活的聚合状态。与社会生产方式相适应,共同体先后经历了“自然形成的共同体”和“虚幻共同体”形态,其历史发展的必然归宿是“真正的共同体”。人类命运共同体正是克服虚幻共同体、走向真正共同体的当代观照,是在以政治多极化和经济全球化为特征的生产力发展水平相对失衡的国际社会背景下,以共建共享共赢为发展旨趣的新全球治理方案;是在民族尚未消亡,国家依旧作为国际社会和国际体系的参与者,衔接每个人自由而全面发展的真正的共同体历史阶段的人间正道;是在资本主义与社会主义两大制度并存的世界格局中破解“虚幻共同体”利益分配不公、责任与权利不对等、贫富差距扩大等现代性弊端,在虚幻的共同体和真正的共同体之间具有过渡性质的历史正确。因此,世界历史必然通过各民族国家的普遍交往和共商共建,通过以社会主义中国为代表的新兴力量不断推动更广泛的国际合作和国际参与,终结虚幻共同体的现代性弊端,并经由人类命运共同体所擘画的拥有广阔前景的科学道路,最终达至真正的共同体。According to historical materialism,community is the aggregation state of people living in certain productive forces and productive relations. Adapting to the mode of social production,community successively went through a process of“natural community”and“illusory community”,towards a “true community”which is the inevitable outcome of its historical development. A community with a shared future for mankind is just a contemporary attention for overcoming the illusory community and move towards a real one. It is a new global governance plan aimed at joint contribution,shared benefits and win-win outcomes in the context of contemporary international society,which is characterized by political multi-polarization and economic globalization and where the development level of productive forces is relatively unbalanced. It is a right way for the mankind in the historical stage when nations have not yet died out and countries are still participants in the international community and international system and everyone is connected in a true community of free and all-round development. It is a historically correct option with a transitional nature between the illusory community and the true community to address the malpractices of modernity in the“illusory community”,such as the unfair distribution of interests,the imbalance between responsibilities and rights and the widening gap between the rich and the poor,in the world pattern where capitalist system and socialist system coexist. Therefore,the history of the world is bound to depend on the common exchanges and? extensive consultation and joint contribution by all nations and states. Through the emerging forces represented by socialist China,it calls for greater international cooperation and participation to end the malpractice of modernity brought about by the illusory community,and can finally achieve a true community through? broad prospects and scientific paths outlined by the community with a shared future for mankind.
