摘　　要：颈部感染的发生往往是因颈深部扁桃体、会厌、食管等部位的炎症无法得到及时控制,从而感染到颈部深筋膜浅层以下组织,导致脓肿的形成或相对广泛的蜂窝织炎,具有病情进展迅速、病情危重的特点。颈部因解剖部位以及结构的特殊性,极易发生感染,已成为严重威胁人类生命健康安全的感染性疾病之一。药物治疗是目前临床上主要用以控制颈部感染患者症状,促进其早日康复的重要手段。而影像学复查是广泛用以评估临床治疗效果的可靠手段,且随着近年来影像学技术的飞速发展,影像学手段用以评估临床治疗的效果得到广泛认可。鉴于此,此文通过对颈部感染患者药物治疗后影像学复查变化进行综述,旨在为临床相关研究提供参考依据。Cervical infection often occurs because the deep cervical tonsil,epiglottis,esophagus and other parts of the inflammation can not be controlled in time,thus infected to the deep cervical fascia shallow tissue,the formation or relatively extensive cellulitis that results in an abscess is characterized by rapid progression and critical illness.Because of the particularity of anatomy part and structure,the neck is easy to be infected,which has become one of the infectious diseases that threaten human life and safety.At present,drug therapy is mainly used to control the symptoms of patients with neck infection and promote their early recovery.W ith the rapid development of imaging technology in recent years,it has been widely accepted that imaging reexamination is a reliable method to evaluate clinical therapeutic effect.In view of this,this article through the neck infection patients after drug treatment imaging review changes in order to provide a reference for clinical research.
