探讨致康胶囊联合米非司酮治疗人工流产(人流)术后持续阴道出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究人工流产(人流)术后持续阴道出血经不同药物治疗方案治疗的临床效果,即米非司酮单独治疗、致康胶囊联合米非司酮治疗。方法以在宜兴市第四人民医院接受人工流产术治疗的80例患者作为观察对象开展研究,患者均出现持续阴道出血症状,将其均分为对照组(米非司酮治疗)、观察组(致康胶囊联合米非司酮治疗);对两组术后持续阴道出血症状改善情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生率等参数评估,确定药物联合治疗方式的临床价值。结果观察组患者术后持续阴道出血症状得到明显改善,与对照组相比较,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义;观察组临床效果良好,与对照组相比较,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义;观察组不良反应发生率较低,经对比,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论人工流产(人流)术后持续阴道出血治疗中,均采用米非司酮进行常规治疗,阴道出血症状能够有效缓解,为进一步强化临床效果,缩短阴道出血时间,降低阴道出血量,控制不良反应事件发生率,加快宫腔内组织物的排出,保障患者术后生活质量,可为患者.提供致康胶囊联合米非司酮进行治疗,该治疗方案具有较高推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effects of different drug treatments for persistent vaginal bleeding after artificial abortion(abortion),namely mifepristone treatment,Zhikang capsules+mifepristone.Methods A study was carried out on 80 patients who received artificial abortion treatment in our hospital,all of whom had symptoms of persistent vaginal bleeding.They were divided into control group(mifepristone treatment)and observation group(Zhikang capsule combined with mifepristone treatment).To determine the clinical value of drug combination therapy based on the evaluation of parameters such as the improvement of persistent vaginal bleeding symptoms,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions after surgery.Results The symptoms of persistent vaginal bleeding after operation in the observation group were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the observation group had a good clinical effect,compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,P<0.05 after comparison,and the differences were statistically significant.Conc lusion In the treatment of persistent vaginal bleeding after artificial abortion(abortion),conventional treatment with mifepristone is used.The symptoms of vaginal bleeding can be effectively relieved.In order to further strengthen the clinical effect,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,and control poorly.It responds to the incidence of events,accelerates the discharge of tssues in the uterine cavity,and guarantees the quality of life of patients after surgery.It can provide patients with Zhikang capsules.This treatment plan has high promotion value.
