摘  要:某餐厨厂因生产工艺调整,废水处理站实际接纳的水量和水质均发生了较大的变化,原设计的工艺无法满足出水氨氮、总氮稳定达标的要求。针对废水处理站接纳废水的水质特性和处理要求,对其进行技术改造:采用氨氮吹脱预处理降低生化池的进水氨氮浓度;对生化池进行改造,将原AO工艺改造成串联运行的两级AO工艺,避免了原设计短流现象的发生,同时提高脱氮效率。实践证明,改造后废水处理站运行稳定,出水各项目指标均能达到设计出水标准,满足当地污水处理厂的接纳要求。Due to the adjustment of production process in a kitchen waste treatment plant,the actual water quantity and quality accepted by the wastewater treatment station have changed greatly,and the original design process can not meet the requirements of stable ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in effluent.According to the water quality characteristics and treatment requirements of the wastewater station,the technical transformation was carried out.Ammonia stripping pretreatment was used to reduce the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration of biochemical tank.The operation mode of AO is transformed into series operation of two-stage AO,the short flow of the original design is avoided,at the same time,the denitrification efficiency is improved.After the transformation,the wastewater treatment station is stable,The effluent quality can meet the design effluent standard,and meet the acceptance requirements of the local sewage treatment plant.
