摘　　要：事故池作为工业区污水处理厂应急事故处理的核心单元,能够降低因进水水质超标造成的污水处理厂前端溢流,对水环境的安全保护起到至关重要的作用。河南省某综合污水处理厂服务范围内工业企业较多,其事故的最大原因可能由进水水质超标引起。因此事故池依事故范围及进水流量等确定了关键设计参数,并根据厂区工艺主流程设置事故池的节点位置,同时围绕事故池制定事故应急管预案,尽可能将厂区进水超标造成的事故损失得到降低。As the core unit of emergency treatment of wastewater plant,the accident pool can reduce the frequency of overflow caused by inlet water quality exceeding standard.It also plays a vital role in the safety protection of water environment.There are many industrial enterprises in the service range of a comprehensive wastewater treatment plant in Henan.The biggest cause of the accident may be caused by the excessive quality of the inlet water.Therefore,the key design parameters of the accident pool were determined according to the emergency treatment time and inlet flow rate;The node location of the accident pool were setted according to the main process of the plant;Formulate accident emergency management plan were made around the accident pool.The accident pool can reduce the accident loss caused by excessive water inflow a^s much as possible.
