摘　　要：面对再生水厂运营管理和水质保障需求,为适应再生水标准化工作需要,国家市场监督管理总局和国家标准化管理委员会于2021年首次发布了《水回用导则再生水厂水质管理》国家标准。该标准是《水回用导则》系列国家标准之一。针对目前再生水厂的水质管理缺乏统一标准,全流程水质风险识别与过程管控不健全等问题,该标准规定了再生水厂水质管理的相关术语和定义、目标、措施、检测监控与报告及制度,可为再生水厂水质安全保障和高效稳定生产提供有益指导。In order to meet the development needs of operation and management of water reclamation plant, the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and the National Standardization Administration firstly issued the national standard of Water reuse guidelines: Water quality management for reclaimed water(draft for approval) in 2021. This standard is one of a series of national standards Water reuse guidelines. Lack of water quality risk identification and process control in water quality management of the present reclaimed water plant, combined with outstanding problems such as unclear objectives, inconsistent methods, lack of coordination. The standard provides terms and definitions, objectives, measures, monitoring, reporting, and system of water quality management in reclaimed water plants, which can serve as useful guidance for water quality safety assurance, and efficient and stable production. It will also play a significant role in the regulation and guidance of water quality management in reclaimed water plants, and promote the development and utilization of reclaimed water.
