摘　　要：面对污水再生处理技术与工艺应用评价需求,为满足标准化工作需要.国家市场监督管理总局和国家标准化管理委员会于2021年首次发布了《水回用导则污水再生处理技术与工艺评价方法》国家标准。该标准针对目前污水再生处理技术与工艺评价存在的评价指标体系不健全、评价方法不统一、与不同水源水质和再生水水质要求之间的关系不清晰等突出问题,该标准规定了污水再生处理技术与工艺评价的相关术语和定义、指标体系、程序与要求.可为处理技术或工艺的比选、诊断和运行优化提供指导。该标准对保障污水再生处理系统的安全、稳定、高效和经济运行.促进污水再生处理技术的开发应用与优化具有积极意义。In order to meet the standardization work needs of evaluating the wastewater reclamation technologies and processes,the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration,and the National Standardization Administration firstly published the national standard of Water reuse guidelines-.Wastewater reclamation technology and process evaluation methods(draft for approval)in 2021.This standard is one of a series of National Standards of Water reuse guidelines.Outstanding problems such as imperfect evaluation index system,inconsistent evaluation method,unclear relationship between different water source quality,and end-use reclaimed water quality requirements,etc.exist in the evaluation of wastewater reclamation technologies and processes.The standard regulates the relevant terms and definitions,index system,procedures and requirements of wastewater reclamation technologies and processes evaluation,which can give out guidance for comparison,diagnosis,and operation optimization of treatment technologies and processes.It will also play a significant role in ensuring the safety assurance,stability,efficiency,and economic operation of the wastewater reclamation system,and to promote the development,application,and optimization of wastewater reclamation technologies.
