摘 要:无刷直流电机在理想梯形波电动势下,通以理想三相方波电流时,虽能产生恒定瞬时电磁转矩,但不能使铜耗最小化。若考虑非理想梯形波电动势和非理想方波电流,则还会存在较大的转矩脉动。为此,该文提出一种基于相电动势矢量定向的铜耗最小化瞬时转矩控制技术。相电动势矢量定向dq旋转坐标系下的数学模型具有电磁转矩仅与q轴绕组电流有关、与d轴绕组电流无关的特点,是实现无刷直流电机恒定瞬时转矩控制的基础。推导铜耗最小化运行所需d轴电流,并构建能够实现铜耗最小化的无刷直流电机瞬时转矩控制系统。通过相应的数字信号处理实验验证所提控制技术其可行性和有效性。Under the electromotive force(EMF)of ideal trapezoidal wave,when the current of ideal three-phase square wave is passed,although the brushless DC motor can produce a constant instantaneous torque,it cannot minimize the copper loss.Considering the EMF of non-ideal trapezoidal wave and the current of non-ideal square wave,large torque ripples will be generated.For this reason,a copper loss minimization and instantaneous torque control technology of brushless DC motor with phase EMF vector orientation was proposed.The mathematical model under the phase EMF vector-oriented d-q rotating coordinate system had the characteristic that the torque was only related to the current of q-axis winding and not related to the current of d-axis winding,which was the basis for realizing the constant instantaneous torque control of the brushless DC motor.In addition,the d-axis current required for copper loss minimization was theoretically calculated,and a brushless DC motor instantaneous torque control system that could minimize copper loss was constructed.The proposed control technology verified its feasibility and effectiveness through corresponding dsp control experiments.
