摘 要:应用CHEMKIN-PRO化学动力学软件,构建甲醇/F-T(Fischer-Tropsch)柴油表征燃料燃烧简化动力学机理(包含101种组分,692个基元反应).利用反射激波管模型模拟甲醇/F-T柴油在柴油机预混燃烧时的燃烧状况,探讨了在不同初始预混燃烧条件和不同甲醇掺混比下甲醇/F-T柴油的燃烧特性.模拟结果表明:初始温度和初始压力的增加都会加快各燃烧反应速率,但初始压力的增加会促进混合燃料完全燃烧,而初始温度的增加会抑制混合燃料完全燃烧;当量比的增加会抑制氧基生成,同时促进氢基的生成,对混合燃料的燃烧反应起抑制作用;随着甲醇掺混比的增加,F-T柴油的消耗速率和中间自由基的生成速率降低,抑制混合燃料的燃烧,氢基的消耗敏感性降低,而羟基和氧基的生成敏感性降低.CHEMKIN-PRO chemical kinetic software was applied to construct a simplified kinetic mechanism with 101 components and 692 primitive reactions for methanol/Fischer-Tropsch(F-T)diesel characterization fuel-combustion.The combustion conditions of methanol/F-T diesel fuel during premixed combustion in diesel engines were simulated by the reflected excitation tube model,and the combustion characteristics of methanol/F-T diesel fuel under different initial premixed combustion conditions and different methanol blending ratios were investigated.The simulation results show that with the increasing of initial temperature and initial pressure,each combustion reaction rate is accelerated.The increasing of initial pressure can promote the complete combustion of blended fuel,while the increasing of initial temperature can inhibit the complete combustion of blended fuel.The increasing of equivalence ratio can inhibit the formation of oxygens and promote the formation of hydrogen radicals,which plays an inhibiting role on the combustion reaction of blended fuel.With the increasing of methanol blending ratio,the rate of F-T diesel consumption and the rate of intermediate radical generation are decreased,which can inhibit the combustion of blended fuels with decreased consumption sensitivity of hydro radical and decreased generation sensitivities of hydroxy and oxy radical.
