摘  要:针对某110 kV输电线路混凝土电杆拉线棒严重腐蚀问题,利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、腐蚀产物形貌及能谱分析、硬度检测及土壤理化性能分析等试验方法进行分析。结果表明,因土壤中氧浓度分布不均而形成的氧浓差腐蚀是混凝土电杆拉线棒腐蚀损伤的主要原因。并提出了加强对在役输电线路混凝土电杆拉线棒的巡视力度,新更换的拉线棒表面应采用热浸镀锌防腐,采用混凝土加固灌注技术解决输电铁塔拉线棒的腐蚀问题等建议。The seriously corroded guyed rods of concrete pole in 110 kV transmission line are investigated by means of macro-morphology inspection, chemical composition analysis, microstructure test, corrosion product morphology and energy spectrum analysis, hardness test, soil physicochemical properties testing. The result shows that oxygen concentration corrosion caused by uneven distribution of oxygen concentration in soil is the main cause for corrosion of guyed rods. Therefore, in order to solve the corrosion problem of the guyed rod used for the transmission tower, effective suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the inspection of the guyed rod, adopting hot-dip galvanized for corrosion prevention, and the concrete reinforcement pouring technology.
