摘　　要：梳理新媒体参与档案服务工作的研究成果,并基于5W传播模式分析新媒体环境下档案公共服务发展前景,最后依据协同理论确定新媒体融合的发展模式,设计新媒体参与档案馆公共服务的具体方案。新媒体环境下,档案馆可以依托新媒体主流平台,以新媒体联盟为主题,构建档案新媒体公共服务体系,优化档案馆公共服务模式,进而提升公共服务能力。This paper summarizes the research results of new media’s participation in archives service, analyzes the development prospect of archives public service under the new media environment based on the 5 W communication mode, and finally determines the development mode of new media integration according to the synergy theory and designs the specific scheme of new media’s participation in archives public service in the new media era. Under the new media environment, archives can rely on the mainstream platform of new media, take the new media alliance as the theme, build the public service system of archives new media, optimize the public service mode of archives, and then improve its public service ability.
