摘　　要：基于高校智慧校园建设,从系统建设进度滞后、电子归档推进缓慢、档案利用方式落后三个方面对高校学生档案管理系统存在的问题进行分析,并就存在的问题,从做好学生档案管理系统顶层设计、制作电子签章、档案利用纳入"一网通办"三个方面分析系统优化升级路径,希冀对高校学生档案管理系统升级优化提供可靠性参考。Under the background of smart campus construction, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the college students’ archives management system from three aspects: the lag of the system construction progress, the slow progress of electronic filing,and the backward utilization of archives. Then it analyzes the optimization and upgrading path of the system from three aspects:doing a good job in the top-level design of the students’ archives management system, making the electronic signature, and bringing the archives utilization into the "one network system", in hope of providing reliable reference for the optimization and upgrading of college students’ archives management system.
