摘　　要：全媒体为档案工作带来颠覆性改变的同时,也对档案工作者综合素质提出更高要求。为了更好地适应全媒体时代的档案工作转型,档案工作者需要有较高的技术学习和运用能力、构筑社会记忆的大局意识"、人本思想"的服务精神和价值传播能力。While omnimedia has brought tremendous changes to archival work, it also puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of archivists. In order to better adapt to the transformation of archival work in the omnimedia era, archivists need to have a high level of technical learning and application capabilities, the overall awareness of building social memory, the service spirit of "humanism" and the ability to spread values.
