摘　　要：灰色文献作为一种非公开出版的文献资源,具有极大的价值。首先,对灰色文献的概念进行了梳理,对我国的研究现状进行了分析,紧接着结合军队院校工作实际,探讨灰色文献的价值和作用,最后,提出如何做好灰色文献的采集和利用,最大限度地发挥灰色文献的价值,为军队院校建设服务。As a kind of non-published literature resources, gray literature has great value. Firstly, the concept of gray literature is summarized, and the current research situation in China is analyzed. Secondly, the value and function of gray literature are discussed in combination with the actual work of military academies. Finally, the paper proposes how to collect and use gray literature well, so as to maximize the value of gray literature and serve the construction of military academies.
