摘　　要：本文从构建多领域、多层次的"互联网+"信息素养培育联盟系统、提升馆员的专业及技术素质、倡导全民阅读、推广"互联网+"城市书屋、打造信息素养培育品牌等方面设计"互联网+"信息素养培育策略,为优化信息素养培育模式提供建议。This paper designs Internet + information literacy cultivation strategies from the perspective of constructing the multi-field,multi-level Internet + information literacy cultivation alliance system, improving the librarians’ professional and technical quality,advocating reading by all people, promoting Internet + city book house, building information literacy cultivation brand and so on,so as to provide advice of optimizing the mode of information literacy cultivation.
