摘　　要：1943年2月11日,日军宪兵队经过1年3个月的严密侦察在沈阳白塔铺逮捕了我抗日谍报英雄赵福元、史顺臣等人,此事件被日军称为"白塔堡事件"。本文通过大量史料讲述了东北人民十四年反抗史中的一条秘密战线——共产国际反帝情报组织。他们是我党配合苏联共产国际进行的世界反法西战争的一部分,提供了大量情报,在极其恶劣的环境中机智战斗,如赵福元、史顺臣等人最后为掩护战友牺牲在侵华日军第七三一部队,历史不应忘记他们。On February 11, 1943, Japanese military police arrested Zhao Fuyuan, Shi Shunchen and some other heroic anti-Japanese intelligence agents in Shenyang Baitapu after one-year-and-three-month rigorous investigation, which was called "Baitapu Incident" by the Japanese. With a large number of historical materials, the paper tells of a secret battle line in the 14-year anti-Japanese fight by the people in the northeastern China — Anti-imperialism Intelligence Organization of Communist International. They were part of world’s anti-Fascist war by Soviet Communist International with CPC’s cooperation by providing a large amount of intelligence and fighting smartly in extremely harsh environment. People like Zhao Fuyuan and Shi Shunchen sacrificed their lives for covering for their comrades-in-arms in Unit 731, and they should never be forgotten.
