摘 要:为了研究钼尾矿混凝土单轴受压力学性能,试验设计了0,25%,50%,100%4组不同取代率的钼尾矿混凝土,对其单轴受压性能进行分析,并根据试验数值绘制出应力-应变全曲线图,拟合钼尾矿混凝土的本构模型并提出配制建议。研究结果表明:C50钼尾矿混凝土的立方体抗压强度与轴心抗压强度均随着钼尾矿取代率的增大而逐渐减小,强度的降低与钼尾矿砂的细度模数有关系;弹性模量也随取代率的增加而略有降低,采用EC4-04模型可以很好地对其进行预测;随着取代率增加,钼尾矿混凝土的泊松比和峰值应变均有明显的下降趋势;所提出的应力-应变本构模型与试验结果吻合较好。In order to study the mechanical properties of molybdenum tailings concrete under uniaxial compression,four groups of molybdenum tailings concrete with different substitution rates of 0,25%,50%and 100%were designed.The uniaxial compression properties of molybdenum tailings concrete were analyzed,and the stress-strain complete curve was drawn according to the test values.The constitutive model of molybdenum tailings concrete was fitted and suggestions were put forward.The results show that the cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength of C50 molybdenum tailing concrete decrease with the increase of molybdenum tailings substitution rate,and the decrease of strength is related to the fineness modulus of molybdenum tailings sand.The elastic modulus decreases slightly with the increase of substitution rate,which can be predicted by EC4-04 model.With the increase of substitution rate,poisson′s ratio and peak strain of molybdenum tailings concrete decrease obviously.The proposed stress-strain constitutive model is in good agreement with the experimental results.
