摘 要:目的探讨以家庭为中心的情景模拟训练对痉挛性脑瘫患儿的影响。方法将厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院110例痉挛性脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规理疗和康复指导训练,观察组在此基础上以家庭为中心进行生活能力情景模拟训练,干预5个月后比较2组患儿的生活能力和粗大运动功能情况。结果干预后2组患儿生活活动能力和粗大运动功能情况均较干预前有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心进行生活能力情景模拟训练配合传统的康复训练能更好地提升痉挛性脑瘫患儿的生活活动能力和粗大运动功能。Objective To explore the effect of family-centered scenario simulation training in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 110 children with spastic cerebral palsy were divided randomly as control group and observational group,the control group received routine training intervention while the observational group accepted family-centered scenario simulation training based on routine training intervention,the Activity of Daily Living and Gross Motor Func-tion Measure were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 months intervention,,the scores of ADL and GMFM of observational group better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-centered scenario simulation training combined with routine training intervention in children with spastic cerebral palsy can improve the ability of ADL and GMFM,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
