摘　　要：系统地解决水资源、水灾害等问题,保护水资源、保护生态环境,造福人民是时代赋予的责任和任务,水土保持监测具有指导水资源节约利用、环境综合改治等工作内容,能起到为地方经济发展贡献力量的作用。为此,本文以咸阳市水土保持监测工作为例,系统分析了地方政府如何充分发挥水土保持监测的作用,为水资源综合开发和利用做出贡献。It is the responsibility and task of the times to systematically solve the problems of water resources and water disasters,protect water resources,protect the ecological environment and benefit the people.Soil and water conservation monitoring can guide the conservation and utilization of water resources,comprehensive environmental improvement and treatment,and contribute to local economic development.Therefore,taking soil and water conservation monitoring in Xianyang City as an example,this paper systematically analyzes how local governments can give full play to the role of soil and water conservation monitoring and contribute to the comprehensive development and utilization of water resources.
