摘　　要：为了比较不同种胶体金试纸条检测羊布鲁氏菌病的效果,本试验测定了3种胶体金试纸条的敏感性、特异性和重复性,同时比较了3种胶体金试纸条、虎红平板凝集试验与cELISA试验在检测临床羊血清样品中的符合率。结果显示,3种胶体金试纸条检测羊血清的敏感性均为5 IU,敏感性均高于虎红平板凝集试验。检测常见羊病的阳性血清时,3种胶体金试纸条均特异性良好,不发生交叉反应。对已知阴性和阳性羊血清进行5次重复试验结果均一致,说明重复性良好。和cELISA相比,3种胶体金试纸条的符合率分别为83.70%、93.48%和86.96%,符合率也均高于虎红平板凝集试验。结果表明,本试验中比较的3种胶体金试纸条均具有较高的敏感性和特异性,与cELISA试验符合率高,均适用于羊布鲁氏菌病的初筛。In order to evaluate the effect of different colloidal gold strips for diagnosis of goat and sheep brucellosis,this study determined the sensitivity,specificity and repeatability of three kinds of colloidal gold strips,and compared the coincidence rates of three colloidal gold strips,Rose Bengal plate agglutination test and cELISA test in the detection of clinical serum samples.The results showed that the sensitivity of three kinds of colloidal gold strips was all 5 IU,which was higher than that of Rose Bengal plate agglutination test.The three kinds of colloidal gold strips showed good specificity and had no cross reaction.The results of five repeated tests of known negative and positive sheep serum were consistent,indicating that the repeatability of the three colloidal gold strips was good.Compared with the cELISA,the coincidence rates of the three colloidal gold trips were 83.70%,93.48%and 86.96%,and were higher than that of Rose Bengal plate agglutination test.Thus,the three colloidal gold test strips demonstrate high sensitivity,specificity,repeatability and high coincidence rate in comparison with cELISA kit,and are all suitable for the preliminary screening of goat and sheep brucellosis.
