摘　　要：阐述人工智能技术由数据、算法、算力三个要素组成,数据是公共服务智能化的核心、算法是指解题方案的准确而完整的描述、算力是利用芯片技术解决算法实现的能力。This paper expounds that artificial intelligence technology is composed of three elements: data, algorithm and computing power. Data is the core of public service intelligence. Algorithm refers to the accurate and complete description of problem-solving scheme, and computing power is the ability to solve the algorithm by using chip technology.
