摘 要:基于微观多孔矿物材料对沥青中轻质组分的吸附及锁固效应开发沥青混合料抑老化技术措施。经过方案比选确定该项研究中应用的多孔矿物材料为硅藻土粉末,将一定比例的硅藻土粉末与沥青结合料混合制备具有抑老化功能的沥青胶浆材料。基于沥青的4组分比例测试、沥青软化点测试、沥青玻璃态转化温度测试及沥青混合料低温力学性能测试等技术环节,对该项研究中提出的沥青抑老化技术的工作性能进行定量评价。定量评价的研究结果充分表明,富含微观孔隙的硅藻土材料通过其对沥青结合料中芳香分和饱和分的吸附和锁固效应可以延缓沥青老化,与常规老化的沥青及沥青混合料相比,应用此种抑老化措施的沥青混合料在强度大小、应变大小及峰值效应恢复等方面具有显著提升作用,沥青及沥青混合料具备了显著的抑老化功能。沥青抑老化技术的开发对提升南疆沙漠地区沥青路面的耐久性具有一定的意义。Based on the adsorption and locking effect of microporous mineral materials on light ingredients in asphalt,the anti-aging technical measures of asphalt mixture are developed.The porous mineral material used in this study is determined by the scheme comparison as diatomite powder,and a certain proportion of diatomite powder is mixed with asphalt binding material to prepare asphalt mastic with anti-aging function.Based on the four component ratio test of asphalt,asphalt softening point test,asphalt glass transformation temperature test and asphalt mixture low temperature mechanics performance test and other technical parts,the working performance of the proposed asphalt anti-aging technology is quantitatively evaluated.The results of quantitative evaluation fully demonstrate that the diatomite material rich in micropores can achieve the anti-aging function of asphalt by adsorption and locking effect of aromatic and saturation in asphalt binding material.Compared with conventional aging asphalt and asphalt mixtures,asphalt mixtures using this kind of anti-aging measures have a significant improvement in strength,strain,and peak effect recovery.Asphalt and asphalt mixtures have a significant anti-aging function.The development of asphalt anti-aging technology is of great significance to improve the durability of asphalt pavement in the desert area of Southern Xinjiang.
