干投法废轮胎热解炭黑改性沥青表面层首件工程工艺试验研究

摘　　要：为做好干投法生产废轮胎热解炭黑改性沥青AC-13表面层首件工程,参考废轮胎热解炭黑改性沥青混合料试件工艺参数,确定了5种AC-13混合料拌和楼试拌生产工艺参数方案。以生产的混合料制备马歇尔试件的体积参数为优化目标,确定了拌和楼工艺参数,混合料的运输、摊铺、压实及成型参照热拌改性沥青混合料工艺实施,铺筑了国内第一条废轮胎热解炭黑改性沥青路面首件工程(试验路)。经试验检测首件工程质量是合格的。试验结果表明:干投法废轮胎热解炭黑沥青混合料生产方案为先将矿料和水泥同时加入,投放完毕后再同时加入热解炭黑和沥青,拌和时间为50 s;现场施工运输、摊铺、压实成型工艺参照改性沥青混合料路面实施是可行的。成功铺筑首件工程对干投法废轮胎热解炭黑改性沥青混合料的推广应用具有一定的指导价值。In order to realize good production of the first piece of the modified asphalt AC-13 surface layer that made from waste tire pyrolytic carbon black,by referring to the process parameters of waste tire pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture specimens,five types of AC-13 mixtures and the production process parameter scheme of the trial mixing are determined.Taking the volume parameters of the Marshall test piece produced from the mixture as the optimization goal,the mixing plant process parameters are determined.The transportation,paving,compaction and molding of the mixture are executed by referring to the hot-mix modified asphalt mixture process.The first domestic project(test road)of modified asphalt pavement with pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture made from waste tires is paved,and the quality is qualified after testing.The test results show that the production plan of pyrolytic carbon black asphalt mixture made from waste tires by dry-casting method is to first add mineral material and cement at the same time,then add pyrolytic carbon black and asphalt simultaneously after the whole material is put in,and the mixing time is 50 s.It is feasible to carry out the paving and compaction molding process of on-site construction,transportation and spreading with reference to the modified asphalt mixture pavement.The successful paving of the first project has certain guiding value for the promotion and application of pyrolytic carbon black modified asphalt mixture made from waste tires by dry-casting method.
