摘  要:将再生骨料应用于水泥稳定碎石基层材料是实现矿料资源再生利用的关键举措。分别采用粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维两种外掺材料,对单掺和复掺制备的再生水泥稳定碎石进行了研究。重点以无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、干燥收缩及疲劳寿命为指标,对改良前后水泥稳定碎石材料的性能进行了探索,进而分析不同改良剂材料对水泥稳定碎石材料性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维对再生水泥稳定碎石材料性能的提升均具有一定积极作用。其中,粉煤灰有利于改善碎石材料的抗压强度和疲劳寿命,而聚丙烯纤维更适用于提升碎石材料劈裂强度和干燥收缩性能。在相应指标控制范围内,将粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维进行复掺后,改良再生水泥稳定碎石的再生骨料的使用掺量可由原来的的40%提升至60%左右。Applying recycled aggregates to cement-stabilized crushed stone base materials is a key measure to realize the recycling of mineral resources. In this paper, fly ash and polypropylene fiber are used as two external admixtures to study the recycled cement stabilized gravel with single admixture and compound admixture. The unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, drying shrinkage and fatigue life as indicators, the performance of cement stabilized macadam materials before and after the improvement is explored, and the influence rules of different modifier materials on the performance of cement stabilized macadam materials is analyzed. The research results show that: fly ash and polypropylene fiber have a certain positive impact on the improvement of the performance of recycled cement stabilized crushed stone materials. Among them, fly ash is beneficial to improve the compressive strength and fatigue life of crushed stone materials, while polypropylene fiber is more suitable for improving the splitting strength and drying shrinkage performance of crushed stone materials. Within the control range of the corresponding indicators, after compounding fly ash and polypropylene fiber, the amount of recycled aggregate used for the improved recycled cement stabilized gravel can be increased from the original 40% to about 60%.
