摘 要:软土地区超大型基坑开挖易引起地面大变形,影响临近建筑物的安全,因此软土基坑的变形控制是施工的关键问题。依托实际工程,基于解耦双硬化模型,建立了滨海地区基坑施工对临近桥梁影响的三维仿真模型,分析了基坑开挖下临近地面变形对在建桥梁的影响,提出了放坡开挖联合"三轴搅拌桩+钻孔灌注桩+冠梁"施工方案,探究了基坑周围地面及临近建筑物的变形位移、地下水渗流及边坡稳定性系数,分析了基坑周围地面的变形规律、地下水渗流场。结合现场实测对比,验证了支护方案在软土地区的适用性。研究结果可以为滨海地区大型基坑的变形控制提供参考。Excavation of super-large foundations in soft soil areas can cause large ground deformations and affect the safety of adjacent buildings. Therefore, the deformation control of soft soil foundation excavation is a key issue in construction. Relying on the actual project, based on the decoupling double hardening model, a three-dimensional simulation model of the impact of foundation pit construction in the coastal area on adjacent bridges is established, and the impact of adjacent ground deformation under foundation pit excavation on the bridge under construction is analyzed. It is found that the deformation of the scaffolding of the bridge under construction exceeds the allowable value, and the construction plan of “three-axis mixing pile+bored pile+crown beam”is proposed. The deformation displacement, groundwater seepage and slope stability coefficient of the ground around the foundation pit and nearby buildings are further explored, and the ground deformation law around the foundation pit and the groundwater seepage field are analyzed. In addition, the applicability of the support scheme in soft soil areas is verified by the comparison of on-site measurements. The research can provide reference for the deformation control of large-scale foundation excavation in the coastal area.
