摘  要:G15沈海高速公路海口段是国家高速公路网的重要组成部分。针对该路段桥梁结构物混凝土外观质量现状与提升技术需求,研究提出了桥梁墩身混凝土在原材料控制、施工工序、外加剂、浇筑工艺、模板选择、脱模剂选用、养护及成品保护等方面的关键技术措施,大幅提升了桥梁墩身混凝土外观质量,为类似工程提供了有益的参考。The Haikou section of G15 Shenyang-Haikou Expressway is a part of national highway network. Based on the current status of the concrete appearance quality of the bridge structure in this section of the road and the improvement technology requirements, in this paper, the key technologies for the bridge pier concrete in terms of raw material control, construction procedures, admixtures, pouring technology, formwork selection, mold release agent selection, maintenance and finished product protection are studied and put forward. The key technical measures of this project have greatly improved the appearance quality of bridge pier concrete, promoted the construction of national highway quality projects, and accumulated practical experience and provided useful references for similar projects.
